• Displaying lyrics
• Other music-related features

3. User Requirements

To use Candy Bot, you must:

• Have a valid Discord account
• Be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Have the necessary permissions to add bots to the Discord server

4. Free and Premium Services

Candy Bot offers both free and premium services:

• Free Services: Basic music playback features with standard limitations
• Premium Services: Enhanced features, higher quality audio, and additional functionality for a subscription fee

Premium subscriptions are subject to the payment terms outlined in Section 5.

5. Payment Terms

For Premium Services:

• Payments are processed through our authorized payment processors
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through our designated channels
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

6. User Conduct

When using Candy Bot, you agree not to:

• Use the bot to play or distribute content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to exploit, harm, or extract data from the bot
• Use the bot for any illegal purposes
• Interfere with the bot's operation or attempt to access it using methods other than the provided interface
• Use the bot to distribute harmful content, including but not limited to malware, viruses, or phishing attempts
• Resell or redistribute access to the bot

7. Content and Copyright

Candy Bot facilitates playback of content from third-party platforms. We do not host or distribute copyrighted content. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to play content in their Discord server.

We respect copyright laws and will comply with valid DMCA takedown requests. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used inappropriately, please contact us.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Candy Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the bot
• We are not liable for any content played through the bot
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for Premium Services in the past 12 months

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time
• Change these Terms with reasonable notice
• Terminate or restrict access to our Services for violations of these Terms

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our Services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-Party Services

Candy Bot integrates with third-party services like Spotify, YouTube, and SoundCloud. Your use of these services through our bot is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
